Agriculture Code § 13.452","heading":"DEVICE MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES.","body":"A person performs device maintenance activities if the person or the person's employee:\n(1) places a commercial weighing or measuring device in service;\n(2) installs, calibrates, or repairs a commercial weighing or measuring device; or\n(3) removes an out-of-order tag, stop-sale order, security seal, lock, condemnation notice, or other form of use prohibition placed on a weighing or measuring device by the department.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 924 (H.B. 1494), Sec. 3.26, eff.
