Agriculture Code § 13.458","heading":"SERVICE TECHNICIAN LICENSE REQUIREMENTS.","body":"(a) The department shall issue a license to each qualified applicant who applies for a service technician license.\n(b) The department by rule may require an applicant for the issuance or renewal of a service technician license to meet one or more of the following requirements:\n(1) provide to the department proof that the applicant has completed an academic, trade, or professional course of instruction approved by the department;\n(2) pass a written test; or\n(3) pass a practical skills test.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 924 (H.B. 1494), Sec. 3.26, eff.
