Agriculture Code § 13.464","heading":"CRIMINAL PENALTY.","body":"(a) A person commits an offense if the person violates Section 13.455 or 13.456 or causes another person to violate Section 13.455 or 13.456.\n(b) An offense under Subsection (a) is a Class B misdemeanor, unless the person has been previously convicted of an offense under this section, in which case the offense is a Class A misdemeanor.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 924 (H.B. 1494), Sec. 3.26, eff.
