Agriculture Code § 131.010","heading":"FEES.","body":"The chief apiary inspector shall make a reasonable effort to set the fees charged under this chapter at amounts that will produce enough revenue to approximate 50 percent of the inspector's total budget. In achieving this goal, the inspector shall balance the revenue needs against the effect of the fees on the industry.\nAdded by Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 418, Sec. 1, eff.
