Agriculture Code § 131.063","heading":"REGISTRATION OF BRAND; FEE.","body":"(a) The chief apiary inspector shall register a brand for each person who applies for a brand and pays a recording fee. The inspector shall set the fee at an amount that is reasonable in relation to the costs of administering this section, but at not less than 50 cents.\n(b) Repealed by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 882 (H.B. 4538), Sec. 24(4), eff.
