Agriculture Code § 132.001","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this chapter:\n(1) \"Egg\" means a chicken egg.\n(2) \"Person\" means an individual, firm, corporation, cooperative, or any other type of business entity.\n(3) \"Shipped egg\" means an egg produced outside this state and shipped into the state for purposes of resale.\n(4) \"Texas egg\" means an egg that is produced in this state.\n(5) \"Inspection\" means a personal examination by an enforcement officer of the department.\nActs 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1314, ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
