Agriculture Code § 141.055","heading":"REQUEST FOR LABEL REVIEW.","body":"(a) The service shall:\n(1) by rule adopt procedures that allow a licensee to submit a product label to the service for review;\n(2) review each product label submitted by a licensee to determine compliance with the labeling requirements of this subchapter;\n(3) make a detailed report to the licensee regarding changes to the label required for compliance with the service's rules; and\n(4) provide the licensee with the advice that the service considers necessary to enable the licensee to comply with the service's labeling rules.\n(b) The service may not charge a fee for a review, a report, or advice under this section.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 314, Sec. 8, eff.
