Agriculture Code § 141.101","heading":"INSPECTION AND SAMPLING; ENTRY POWER.","body":"In order to determine if feed is in compliance with this chapter, the service is entitled to:\n(1) enter during regular business hours and inspect any place of business, mill, plant building, or vehicle and to open any container, bin, vat or parcel that is used in the manufacture, transportation, importation, sale, or storage of commercial feed or is suspected of containing a commercial feed; and\n(2) take samples from feed found during that inspection.\nActs 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1330, ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
