Agriculture Code § 144.042","heading":"RECORDING.","body":"In recording a mark, electronic device, tattoo, brand, or other generally accepted identification method, the person recording the mark shall note the date on which the mark, electronic device, tattoo, brand, or other generally accepted identification method is recorded.
