Agriculture Code § 147.062","heading":"FAILURE TO POST COPY OF BOND.","body":"(a) A person commits an offense if the person fails to post a copy of the person's bond in accordance with Section 147.027 of this code.\n(b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $100.\n(c) A person commits a separate offense each day that the copy is not posted.\nActs 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1383, ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
