Agriculture Code § 148.066","heading":"FAILURE TO KEEP OR PERMIT INSPECTION OF RECORDS.","body":"(a) A person required by Section 148.043 of this code to keep records commits an offense if the person:\n(1) fails to keep records as required by that section; or\n(2) refuses to permit inspection of those records at reasonable hours.\n(b) An offense under Subsection (a)(1) of this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $20 nor more than $200.\n(c) An offense under Subsection (a)(2) of this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $25.\nActs 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1390, ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
