Agriculture Code § 161.0375","heading":"PERIODIC REVIEW OF COMPLIANCE INFORMATION.","body":"(a) The commission shall analyze, on a statewide and regional basis, violations of this subtitle. The commission shall consider:\n(1) violation types and disposition;\n(2) persons who are repeat offenders; and\n(3) persons who commit the most serious offenses.\n(b) The commission shall use the analysis under Subsection (a) to compare enforcement practices across each region and determine:\n(1) training needs;\n(2) gaps in enforcement authority; and\n(3) effective enforcement activities.\n(c) The commission shall conduct the analysis under Subsection (a) on a periodic basis to ensure that the information reflects current enforcement practices.\n(d) The commission shall timely enter and share compliance and enforcement information on a statewide and regional basis.\nAdded by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 849 (S.B. 705), Sec. 7, eff.
