Agriculture Code § 161.102","heading":"SUBMISSION OF SPECIMEN OF ANTHRAX VICTIM.","body":"Immediately after pronouncing that an animal has died from anthrax, as evidenced by a clinical or postmortem examination, a veterinarian shall prepare and submit to the commission or a laboratory approved by the commission:\n(1) a suitable specimen from the animal;\n(2) the name and address of the owner or caretaker of the animal; and\n(3) the location of the premises on which the animal died.\nActs 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1402, ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
