Agriculture Code § 161.131","heading":"INJUNCTION.","body":"(a) Any citizen of this state may sue for an injunction to enforce a provision or restrain a violation of this chapter other than Section 161.048, Subchapter F, or Subchapter G.\n(b) A court may hear and dispose of a suit under this section in term or in vacation. A court shall direct that reasonable notice be given to a defendant in a suit for a mandatory injunction.\nActs 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1404, ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
