Agriculture Code § 161.135","heading":"IMPROPER DISPOSAL OF DISEASED CARCASS.","body":"(a) A person required to dispose of a diseased carcass in accordance with Section 161.004 of this code commits an offense if the person fails to dispose of the carcass in accordance with that section.\n(b) An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor for each animal carcass improperly disposed of.\nActs 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1404, ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
