Agriculture Code § 162.005","heading":"IDENTIFICATION OF CATTLE.","body":"If cattle examined by a veterinarian show a positive reaction to the tuberculin test or show evidence of tuberculosis infection by clinical or laboratory examination, the veterinarian shall:\n(1) comply with any identification requirements of the commission; and\n(2) not later than 48 hours after the identification, report the identification to the commission, together with the location, description, and number of animals identified.\nActs 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1409, ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
