Agriculture Code § 163.083","heading":"REFUSAL OF ENTRY.","body":"(a) A person commits an offense if the person refuses to permit a representative of the commission to enter property or premises of which the person is the owner, tenant, or caretaker for the purposes of carrying out a provision of this chapter.\n(b) An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor unless it is shown on the trial of the offense that the defendant has been previously convicted under this section, in which event the offense is a Class B misdemeanor.\n(c) A person commits a separate offense for each day of refusal.\nActs 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1418, ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
