Agriculture Code § 167.008","heading":"INSPECTIONS.","body":"The commission may order the owner, part owner, or caretaker of animals to gather the animals for inspection at a time and place prescribed in the order of the commission. The commission shall serve written notice of the order not later than the 12th day before the day of inspection.
