Agriculture Code § 168.008","heading":"PENALTY.","body":"(a) A person commits an offense if the person refuses to:\n(1) comply with an order of the commission or laboratory concerning an infected flock; or\n(2) admit a person with a search warrant obtained as provided in Section 168.003 of this code.\n(b) An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor.\n(c) A person commits a separate offense for each day that the person refuses to comply with an order or admit a person with a search warrant.\nActs 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1456, ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
