Agriculture Code § 201.126","heading":"AMENDMENT OR REPEAL OF ORDINANCE.","body":"(a) An owner or occupier of land in a conservation district may at any time file a petition with the directors requesting the amendment, supplementation, or repeal of land-use regulations prescribed by ordinance.\n(b) Land-use regulations prescribed by ordinance may be amended, supplemented, or repealed in accordance with the procedure prescribed by this subchapter for adoption of an ordinance, except that an ordinance may be suspended or repealed on majority vote of the eligible voters voting in the election.\nActs 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1477, ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
