Agriculture Code § 201.203","heading":"DESIGNATION OF LOCAL DISTRICTS.","body":"(a) The State Soil and Water Conservation Board shall designate particular soil and water conservation districts to administer certain programs.\n(b) Before a local soil and water conservation district is designated by the State Soil and Water Conservation Board, the district must provide evidence to the State Soil and Water Conservation Board that it is able to provide and to supervise necessary technical assistance to landowners and operators within its jurisdiction.\nAdded by Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 133, Sec. 3.02, eff.
