Agriculture Code § 203.156","heading":"APPLICATION FOR COST SHARING.","body":"A person, including a political subdivision of this state, that desires to participate with the state in the water supply enhancement program and to obtain cost-sharing participation by the state shall file an application for a cost-sharing contract with the district board in the district in which the land on which the contract is to be performed is located.
