Agriculture Code § 203.157","heading":"CONSIDERATIONS IN PASSING ON APPLICATION.","body":"In passing on an application for cost sharing, the board shall consider:\n(1) the location of the land that is subject to the cost-sharing contract;\n(2) the method of control the applicant will use;\n(3) the plans for revegetation;\n(4) the total cost of the contract;\n(5) the amount of land to be included in the contract;\n(6) whether the applicant is financially able to provide the applicant's share of the money for the project;\n(7) the cost-share percentage, if an applicant agrees to a higher degree of financial commitment;\n(8) any comments and recommendations submitted by a local district, the department, the Texas Water Development Board, or the Parks and Wildlife Department; and\n(9) any other pertinent information considered necessary by the board.\nAdded by Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 655, Sec. 1, eff.
