Agriculture Code § 301.115","heading":"MODIFICATION OF PERMIT.","body":"The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation may modify the terms and conditions of a permit if:\n(1) the license holder is first given notice and a reasonable opportunity for a hearing on the need for a modification; and\n(2) it appears to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation that a modification is necessary to protect the health or property of any person.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1276, Sec. 2.001(a), eff.
