Agriculture Code § 301.116","heading":"SCOPE OF ACTIVITY.","body":"Once a permit is issued, the license holder shall confine the license holder's activities substantially within the limits of time and area specified in the notice of intention, except to the extent that the limits are modified by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The license holder shall comply with any terms and conditions of the permit as originally issued or as subsequently modified by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1276, Sec. 2.001(a), eff.
