Agriculture Code § 301.161","heading":"ELECTION ORDER.","body":"(a) The order calling the election shall provide for:\n(1) the time and place or places for holding the election;\n(2) the form of the ballots; and\n(3) the presiding judge for each voting place.\n(b) The commissioners court shall publish a copy of the election order in a newspaper of general circulation in the county or in the part of the county within the target area or operational area at least 30 days preceding the day of the election.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1276, Sec. 2.001(a), eff.
