Agriculture Code § 41.030","heading":"FINDINGS OF COMMISSIONER.","body":"On receiving the report of the returns of a referendum and election, the commissioner shall determine:\n(1) the number of votes cast for and against the referendum proposition;\n(2) the total volume of production of the commodity during the relevant production period in the area described in the petition;\n(3) the percentage of the total volume of production of the commodity that was produced by those voting in favor of the referendum proposition; and\n(4) the appropriate number of candidates receiving the highest number of votes for membership on the commodity producers board.\nActs 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1085, ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
