Agriculture Code § 41.104","heading":"USE OF FUNDS FOR POLITICAL ACTIVITY.","body":"(a) A member of a board commits an offense if the member:\n(1) wilfully spends or assists in spending money in violation of Section 41.060(c) of this code; or\n(2) without causing or attempting to cause his or her dissent to be entered in the records or minutes of the board, participates in a meeting or session of the board in which money is authorized or directed to be expended in violation of Section 41.060(c) of this code.\n(b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $1,000.\nActs 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1090, ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
