Agriculture Code § 41.211","heading":"RULES.","body":"Except as provided by Section 41.212, the board may adopt rules as necessary to implement this subchapter, including rules relating to:\n(1) notice and collection of assessments;\n(2) the orderly distribution of refunds;\n(3) the management of the board's budget;\n(4) the use of insurance and reinsurance products;\n(5) administration of the board's duties;\n(6) the statewide referendum conducted under Section 41.212;\n(7) the selection of agents, designees, or devices to carry out the intent of the board; and\n(8) guidelines for industry practices that do or do not qualify for indemnification by the board.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 991 (H.B. 1840), Sec. 3, eff.
