Agriculture Code § 44A.001","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this chapter:\n(1) \"Board\" means the board of directors of the Texas Agricultural Finance Authority.\n(2) \"Microenterprise\" means a small business in which the owner operates the enterprise.\n(3) \"Urban area\" means an area inside the boundaries of a municipality with a population of 500,000 or more.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 558 (H.B. 2994), Sec. 1, eff.
