Agriculture Code § 52.035","heading":"FILING OF ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION.","body":"(a) The incorporators shall file the articles of incorporation in accordance with the general corporation laws of the state.\n(b) Repealed by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 506, Sec. 5.35(5), eff.
