Agriculture Code § 52.083","heading":"MEETINGS.","body":"(a) As prescribed by its bylaws, a marketing association annually shall hold one or more regular meetings of its members.\n(b) The board of directors may call a special meeting of the association at any time.\n(c) If, at any time, 10 percent or more of the members file with the board of directors a petition demanding a special meeting of the association and stating the specific business to be considered at the meeting, the board shall call the meeting.\nActs 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1110, ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
