Agriculture Code § 52.084","heading":"NOTICE OF MEETINGS.","body":"Not later than the 10th day before the day of a meeting of a marketing association, the association shall:\n(1) mail to each member notice of the meeting and a statement of the purpose of the meeting; or\n(2) if the bylaws so provide, publish notice of the meeting in a newspaper of general circulation in the area in which the association's principal place of business is located.\nActs 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1110, ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
