Agriculture Code § 60.027","heading":"TEMPORARY DIRECTORS; VACANCY IN OFFICE.","body":"(a) If the commissioners court grants the petition, it shall appoint as temporary directors of the district five persons who are qualified under this chapter to serve as directors.\n(b) A vacancy in the office of temporary directors shall be filled by appointment by the commissioners court.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1393, Sec. 1, eff.
