Agriculture Code § 60.058","heading":"EMINENT DOMAIN.","body":"The district may exercise the power of eminent domain for the purpose of acquiring an agricultural facility in order to own, operate, or maintain its functional capabilities or the land on which an agricultural facility is to be built, if the land will be owned by the district.
