Agriculture Code § 60.129","heading":"NOTICE OF HEARING.","body":"(a) In addition to other notice required by law, the board shall provide notice of an assessment hearing in a newspaper with general circulation in the district. The publication must be made not later than the 14th day before the date of the hearing.\n(b) The notice must include the:\n(1) time and place of the hearing;\n(2) purpose of the proposed assessment;\n(3) estimated cost of the purpose for which the assessment is proposed, including interest during construction and associated financing costs; and\n(4) proposed assessment method.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1393, Sec. 1, eff.
