Agriculture Code § 61.012","heading":"CANCELLATION OR REVOCATION OF AGRICULTURAL SEED PERMIT.","body":"(a) The department may cancel an agricultural seed permit issued under Section 61.011(c) of this code if the permittee fails to observe the rules adopted, to file a report required, or to pay a fee required under that section.\n(b) The department shall revoke the permit of any person who fails either to maintain records in this state or to pay for an out-of-state audit under Section 61.011(e) of this code.\nActs 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1131, ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
