Agriculture Code § 63.0025","heading":"CERTAIN ANALYSES NOT GUARANTEE OF NUTRIENT LEVELS.","body":"A representative laboratory analysis conducted for purposes of fulfilling a requirement established by a federal agency or a state agency other than the department may not:\n(1) be considered a guarantee of nutrient levels for:\n(A) fertilizer material;\n(B) mixed fertilizer;\n(C) manipulated manure; or\n(D) specialty fertilizer; or\n(2) be used to determine whether animal manure, plant remains, or mixtures of those substances are commercial fertilizers under Section 63.002(c).\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 779 (H.B. 1969), Sec. 3, eff.
