Agriculture Code § 63.053","heading":"LABELING OF CUSTOMER-FORMULA FERTILIZER.","body":"A person distributing customer-formula fertilizer in this state shall at the time of delivery furnish to the purchaser a label showing:\n(1) the name and address of the purchaser;\n(2) the date of sale;\n(3) the grade of the mixture;\n(4) the guaranteed analysis of the plant nutrients and other additives;\n(5) the net weight of the fertilizer; and\n(6) the name and address of the registrant.\nAdded by Acts 1983, 68th Leg., p. 1846, ch. 349, art. 1, Sec. 3, eff.
