Agriculture Code § 71.111","heading":"CERTIFICATE FOR IMPORTED PLANTS.","body":"(a) Except as provided by Subsection (b) of this section, a plant subject to certification under this subchapter that is shipped into this state shall have attached a certificate tag or stamp issued by the department and affixed at the point of origin.\n(b) If another state has a vegetable plant certification program similar to the program established by this subchapter, the department may enter into a reciprocal fee agreement with the other state under which vegetable plants with a certificate tag or stamp issued by the other state are permitted to enter this state without a certificate tag or stamp issued by this state.\nActs 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1163, ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
