Agriculture Code § 72.023","heading":"METHOD OF CONTROL.","body":"(a) Taking into consideration the recommendations of the appropriate citrus quarantine advisory committee, the department shall determine the best method of controlling or eradicating a Mexican fruit fly infestation.\n(b) The department shall serve written findings and directions for control or eradication of the infestation on the owner of the infested premises.
