Agriculture Code § 72.045","heading":"SEIZURE OF OWNERLESS FRUIT.","body":"If the department is not able to locate an owner, part owner, or caretaker for premises in a county in which Mexican fruit fly control or eradication is being conducted, the department may seize any citrus fruit growing or standing on the premises and sell the fruit in the manner provided by Section 72.043(b) of this code.\nActs 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1170, ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
