Agriculture Code § 74.123","heading":"DOCUMENTING REGULATED ARTICLES.","body":"To implement this subchapter, the department may issue or authorize issuance of:\n(1) a certificate that indicates that a regulated article is not infested with the boll weevil or the pink bollworm; and\n(2) a permit that provides for the movement of a regulated article to a restricted designation for limited handling, use, or processing.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 8, Sec. 1, eff.
