Agriculture Code § 76.102","heading":"AGENCIES RESPONSIBLE FOR LICENSING PESTICIDE APPLICATORS.","body":"The department shall license pesticide applicators involved in the following license use categories:\n(1) agricultural pest control, including animal pest control;\n(2) forest pest control;\n(3) ornamental and turf pest control, except as provided by Chapter 1951, Occupations Code;\n(4) seed treatments;\n(5) right-of-way pest control;\n(6) regulatory pest control;\n(7) aquatic pest control;\n(8) demonstration pest control;\n(9) health-related pest control; and\n(10) other license use categories as necessary to comply with federal requirements.
