Agriculture Code § 76.183","heading":"APPEAL OF STOP USE, STOP DISTRIBUTION, OR REMOVAL ORDER.","body":"(a) The owner or custodian of a pesticide to which a stop use, stop distribution, or removal order is imposed under Section 76.153 may appeal the order to a court of competent jurisdiction in the county where the pesticide is found.\n(b) Appeal under this section is by trial de novo.\nActs 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1204, ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
