Agriculture Code § 78.031","heading":"BOARD OF DIRECTORS.","body":"(a) The board of directors of a noxious weed control district is composed of five persons, each of whom must:\n(1) hold title to land located in the district;\n(2) be 18 years of age or older; and\n(3) reside in a county all or part of which is located in the district.\n(b) Except as provided by Section 78.032 of this code, the term of office of a director is two years.\nActs 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1212, ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
