Agriculture Code § 78.036","heading":"INSPECTORS AND CLERICAL EMPLOYEES.","body":"(a) The board may employ one or more persons to perform inspections under Section 78.044 of this code.\n(b) The board may set the compensation of an inspector, and an inspector is entitled to reimbursement for actual and necessary expenses incurred in making an inspection.\n(c) The board may employ necessary clerical personnel.\nActs 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1214, ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
