Agriculture Code § 78.042","heading":"COMPLIANCE REQUIRED.","body":"(a) A person who holds title to or possesses land in the district shall comply with control measures prescribed by the board under this chapter.\n(b) The commissioners court of a county located in the district shall comply with control measures prescribed by the board under this chapter for the purpose of controlling noxious weeds on rights-of-way of public roads and public land within the district.\nActs 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1214, ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
