Agriculture Code § 78.055","heading":"REPORT TO COUNTY CLERK.","body":"(a) The chairman of the board shall file a report before September 1 of each year with the county clerk of each county in which the district is located.\n(b) The report must contain:\n(1) a statement of the total amount of money received by the board during the 12 months ending the last June 30;\n(2) an itemized statement of the total amount of money expended by the board during the 12 months ending the last June 30; and\n(3) a statement of the amount of money on hand on the last June 30.\nActs 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1216, ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
