Agriculture Code § 78.056","heading":"REPORT TO DEPARTMENT.","body":"(a) Before September 1 of each year, the chairman of the board shall file a report with the department stating the amount of money received through the assessments by the district in the 12 months ending the last June 30.\n(b) The department shall certify the amount stated in the report required by Subsection (a) of this section to the comptroller of public accounts.\nActs 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1216, ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
